abcl-contrib: Add jfli.
The Java Foreign Linker Interface (JFLI) provides an abstraction to
manipulate Java classes from Armed Bear Common Lisp that has been
ported to other Lisp implementations.
Incorporated into ABCL from <git://github.com/mrohne/jfli>.
